It’s got some good points and some bad points. Luckily for me, I was able to iron out most of the bad points with the help of the Google Groups discussion forum on it.

The up side: 

1. Clean, minimal interface
2. It’s really fast… I mean fast.
3. It’s not dying on my regularly like my FireFox has been.
4. Ctrl+F Find highlights where all the matches are in the page on the vertical scroll bar (Cool!).
5. New architecture and design ideas mix up the stagnant, incremental-improvement-only browser market.
6. Good info from the built-in Task Manager.
7. Bonus points for the “Stats for Nerds” link in the aforementioned Task Manager.
8. Incognito mode.
9. I think the Create Application is nifty, but I don’t see me using it.
10. The “New Tab” thingy is cool, I’m getting used to using it alot.
11. In the URL Box “Paste And Go” is awesome.
12. Searchable history and downloads.

The down side:

1. No public plug-ins.
2. No options for tab behavior.
3. Can’t scroll up and scrolling down is too fast(*fixed*)
4. Lost some of my FireFox bookmarks (The RSS feeds folder I had setup)
5. Can’t get rid of that “Other Bookmarks” folder
6. Refresh without cache is Shift+F5 or Ctrl+F5 instead of Ctrl+R (I can’t make that in one quick action and my hands aren’t tiny)

That’s pretty much where I’m at with the new browser.

Scrolling issue fix:

I picked this up from brent.contact in this discussion forum thread and reformatted slightly for readability.

I have windows xp.
1: Go to control panel and open the mouse.
2: Select the “Wheel” tab.
3: There should be a “troubleshoot” button within that tab. I clicked on it and it went through a troubleshooter. It told me to open the program that is having difficulty…and then select it from a list.

It fixed it right away. It works as of now anyway. I am crossing my fingers. Let me know if it worked for yall. Im curious. I have a logitech wireless mouse and dell laptop running windows xp. Good luck.
